BEASTsim

BEASTsim

BEnchmarking and Analysis of Spatial Transcriptomics simulations

BEASTsim is a benchmarking framework designed for evaluating spatial transcriptomics simulation methods. It provides standardized metrics and analysis tools to compare simulators across different scenarios and data characteristics, while supporting the selection of appropriate simulation strategies.

This tool is developed within the MOPITAS project, funded by the Novo Nordisk Foundation, which focuses on advancing experimental and computational approaches for tracking single cells in space and time through the integration of spatial transcriptomics and single cell RNA sequencing.
